This vintage  is the Flickering Light Fireplace lighted tabletop diplay from ornament collection. The display has two separate pieces. One is a floor piece that looks like a hardwood floor with a rug on top. The other is a battery-operated fireplace that really lights up.

The fireplace snaps onto the floor piece, but can be removed and displayed separately. The floor piece has four raised shapes where the Bearingers of Victoria Circle ornaments can be displayed. Each ornament has a corresponding indented shape on the bottom to hold it in place.

The battery contacts on the fireplace show lots of corrosion, but as of the time of listing, it still works. It requires two AA batteries, which are not included. The second photo shows it lit up on display in a dollhouse.

The back of the fireplace is marked "The Bearingers of Victoria Circle 1993." The bottom is marked "1993 Hallmark Cards, Inc." The set comes with its original box, which shows some wear.

The back of the box says:

The Bearinger family brings the warmth and joy of a Victorian Christmas into your home. Collect all four bear ornaments and place them with this festive fireplace for a beautiful holiday display. The ornaments fit easily over the pegs in front of the fireplace. For correct placement, match the shape of the bottom of each ornament with the shape of its corresponding peg. The fireplace requires two size "AA" batteries and has a handy on/off switch. Batteries are not included. 

This listing is for the Flickering Fireplace tabletop display only, but the last photo shows what it looks like with the ornaments in place. The ornaments are sold separately.
